Generous Donation Delivers Critical Medical Equipment to Bileća
Belgrade, 15 April 2026 – The St. Luka Health Centre in Bileća, Republika Srpska, has received a critical donation of a patient monitor and inhalator, significantly enhancing patient care and emergency response capabilities.
This important donation was made possible through the generosity of parishioners of Old Holy Resurrection Serbian Orthodox Church in Chicago, with the support of Lifeline Humanitarian Organization of Chicago, under the Patronage of Her Royal Highness Crown Princess Katherine.
The new equipment arrives at a crucial time, providing the Health Centre with its first patient monitor and replacing worn-out inhalators—greatly improving care for both children and adults. Health Centre Director Vladimir Čuknić expressed deep gratitude, noting the donation will have an immediate impact on patient treatment and transport.
Her Royal Highness Crown Princess Katherine also thanked the donors for their compassion and continued commitment to supporting healthcare institutions in need.
