CROWN PRINCESS KATHERINE AND LIFELINE CHICAGO CONTINUE TO SUPPORT KOVIN HOSPITAL

Belgrade, 22 December 2025 - The HRH Crown Princess Katherine Foundation and Lifeline Humanitarian Organization of Chicago, whose Patron of over 30 years is Her Royal Highness, continue their long-time support of the Psychiatric Hospital in Kovin, Serbia, by donating an embroidery machine.

This incredibly valuable donation was made possible by The Three Kolo Group of Serbian Sisters - St. George of Joliet, Illinois, Knjeginja Zorka of Lansing Illinois, and St. Archangel Michael of Lansing. Illinois - all longstanding friends and benefactors of Lifeline Chicago. This generous donation will provide significant support in enhancing the conditions of those patients who participate in occupational therapy and daily therapeutic activities. 

HRH Crown Princess Katherine expresses her deep gratitude to The Three Kolo Group of Serbian Sisters for their generosity, humanitarian spirit, and continued care for individuals with mental health challenges. “This donation is an example of true solidarity and serves as an encouragement for the further development of high-quality and comprehensive therapeutic programs. Dear sisters have once again shown their generosity and readiness to provide help to those who need it the most.”

With this support, this institution continues its mission of improving the quality of life of patients through occupational activities that contribute to their rehabilitation and social integration
