CROWN PRINCESS KATHERINE DELIVERS IMPACTFUL DONATION TO SCHOOL IN UMČARI
Belgrade, March 26, 2026 – Thanks to the generosity of donors, a transformative donation has been delivered to Primary School “Mića Stojković” in Umčari, significantly improving daily life for students and staff.
This initiative was made possible by the John and Mildred Medic Wuchenich Foundation, in partnership with Lifeline Humanitarian Organization of Chicago, under the patronage of Her Royal Highness Crown Princess Katherine.
Because of donor support, the school received a fully upgraded kitchen with industrial-grade appliances, along with new dining room furniture, a television, and comfortable seating for students. These improvements ensure better meal preparation, a more welcoming dining space, and an enhanced overall school experience.
Crown Princess Katherine expressed her heartfelt gratitude to the donors who made this project possible, emphasizing that their continued generosity helps bring comfort, dignity, and joy to children in need.
School leadership and staff also shared their deep appreciation, noting that this donation will have a lasting impact on both education and everyday life for their students.
